Happy Halloween!
I love Halloween. As a costume geek, how could I not?? Case in point - I went to a Halloween party last weekend. Neither xaq or I had thought of what we were going to wear right up until it was almost time to leave, but we pulled together two pretty cool costumes with just the stuff we had lying around in our closet.
One might think that dressing up once a month for a LARP would sort of take the fun out of Halloween. (After all, you don't exactly get to freak anyone out at the local coffee shops on Halloween!) You'd be wrong. I still love it, if you couldn't tell by the special extra-long Halloween strip. :)
A holiday set aside for dressing up and running around scaring people? Dude. I'm in.

Psssh. I dress up at least 4-5 times a month for LARP (...what? I'm in the Camarilla, we've got a domain in my town and one next door!), and I STILL like to dress up for Halloween.
Hell, one Halloween we had a costume party within the LARP. That was...odd. But fun!
One can never dress up too many times in a month.
According to most people, I dress up every day...XD But this time I decided to actually make a real costume! *dances* And I'm finally having a real party, too =P
Running around and scaring people is always fun =P
Plus? Changeling makes it easy to be lazy at Halloween! I've already got horns and face paint on... why bother changing between game and party??

Poor mark. Stumbling into the Zombie Walk and not even realizing it. (Though I'd have thought the LARPers would have been in the walk to begin with)
